Safehub Lifecare – Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At Safehub Lifecare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth process, please review our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Safehub Lifecare reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions is suspected.

Refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be processed within 7 – 14 business days after confirmation.


2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

Customers may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving the order only in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products delivered

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with seals, labels, barcodes, and accessories intact.

Steps to Request a Return or Replacement:

  1. Email us at connect@safehublife.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return/replacement
    • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
    • Invoice copy (batch number should be visible)
  3. Our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 5 – 10 business days.
  4. Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.

3. Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product returned without original packaging
  • Missing labels, seals, barcodes, or complimentary items
  • Tampered product seals or altered composition
  • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or sample products

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed under the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Returned products successfully passing quality checks
  • Delivery failure due to operational issues
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation

Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking):
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer. Customers will need to share bank account details via registered email. Processing time: 7 – 14 business days.
